Triage is available in Professional and Practice. Add Vault encryption if you want the private key to stay with your practice.
Why it helps. Structured questions make the first contact calmer for clients, and faster for you. You can route requests by fit and urgency, without guessing.
Privacy note. Identity details are kept separate from triage answers. Vault encryption can encrypt identity in the browser when you need maximum separation.
Fit & Expertise
- Requested topics (e.g., trauma, anxiety, depression, couples).
- Existing diagnoses or prior clarifications.
- Preferred treatment languages.
Severity & Safety
- Current distress (1 to 5) and risk factors.
- Current support (GP, psychiatrist, clinic).
- Urgency and preferred contact type.
Logistics & Frame
- Insurance model (OKP, supplemental, self pay).
- Availability by day and time, and location or online.
- Preferred wait windows and holiday periods.
