Scope
- These terms apply to therapists and practices using therapylist.
- therapylist provides software for waitlist and intake management.
- If you use therapylist for clients, you remain responsible for your clinical and legal duties.
Account And Access
- You are responsible for access to your account and devices.
- Passwordless login links expire quickly. Do not forward them.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
Free Access
- TherapyList has no paid tier for hosted core or self-hosted releases.
- No card, invoice, or payment details are required to use the core product.
- Historical subscription fields may remain in account records for audit compatibility, but they do not restrict access.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to break security, or access other tenants.
- Do not upload illegal content.
- Do not use therapylist to send spam or harass people.
Security And Data
- We use encryption and access controls as described on the Security page.
- You should only collect the data you need and keep your intake questions appropriate.
- Vault features may limit recovery if you lose your keys.
Availability
- We aim for high availability, but outages can happen.
- Maintenance may be required and can temporarily affect access.
Liability
- therapylist is provided as-is and does not provide medical advice.
- To the extent permitted by law, TherapyList's liability is limited under the applicable free-service terms.
