Built for Swiss practices
The app and database run in Switzerland. Sending an email or SMS routes the recipient's name and address through a US provider, which the privacy policy names.
You can read every line of it.
When a client asks what happens to their data, you can point at the privacy policy, the AV-Vertrag and the source code. All three are public.
Swiss hosting, and the two exceptions
The app and database run on a Swiss server at Infomaniak in Geneva. Email goes through Resend and SMS through Twilio, both US companies, so a name and an email address leave Switzerland whenever you send a message.
Optional HIN integration
If you're HIN verified, you can enable it. If not, passwordless login works just as securely.
Optional Vault encryption
For practices that need extra privacy control, Vault keeps identity data encrypted with keys only you hold.
Security is included. HIN and Vault remain optional controls.
